From the professional signage that greeted our guests and provided directions on where to park, to the distribution of the executive gift on departure - all was expertly planned and well-staffed. Your skilled incorporation of our 70 year history into the event made the evening all the more special! Stargazer injected an element of elegance and excitement into one of the most important moments in the life of our organization.
We especially thank you for the 70 years in 17 Minutes production. From our corporate CEO, to our local security staff, everyone so enjoyed the skit. The timing, the costumes, the lighting and sound were all perfect. I noticed dozens of toes tapping amid a crowd of beaming smiles – some of our guests even sang along.
I appreciate your work in designing with us a classy, historic and memorable evening. Your active listening skills and understanding of our culture were clearly evident and made our work together very satisfying.

I am writing on behalf of Todd Vigiletti and his company, Stargazer Productions. I had the pleasure of meeting Todd for the first time earlier this year as Casa Romantica made the decision to bring a professional event company on board to assist with the planning and execution of its 11th annual Fundraiser, Toast to the Casa on September 28, 2013. Todd came to us, highly recommended and regarded by Roberta Budnick, long-time event consultant with Signature Party Rentals. As an historic home, he recognized unique challenges and opportunities with regards to our venue and its layout. He came fully prepared with creative and sound ideas for enhancing our fundraiser fiscally and esthetically.
Our event is a long standing collaborative effort with a committee consisting of founding board members, community figures and Casa staff. Todd integrated seamlessly. He possesses a calm, thoughtful demeanor that comes from experience, a necessary and important quality for a successful event producer! He navigated questions, suggestions and concerns professionally and diplomatically.
Our event encompasses many components. Todd went above and beyond in order to ensure a successful fundraiser. From check-in to the close of the event, Stargazer’s frontline of experienced, friendly, professional event staff impressed. Todd lent his services as a stealth Master of Ceremonies, moving through crowds encouraging silent auction bidding. He managed this role in addition to general oversight covering auction software tech support, event flow, and vendor management.

I am pleased to recommend Stargazer Productions as the vendor to facilitate the Queen Mary audio and visual event management services. Stargazer Productions has served as the operator of the Center Stage Theater for the City of Fontana since the facility was remodeled and opened as a dinner theater in 2008. As the City's liaison to Stargazer Productions and contract administrator of the Center Stage Theater, I have witnessed the company develop quality events operated with the highest technical standards and create impactful community experiences focused on providing quality service to the Fontana residents.
Stargazer Productions has produced over 400 performances, hosted more than 150 City of Fontana special events, and provided services for over 100 private rentals since being selected to operate the Center Stage Theater on the City's behalf. The scope of the Center Stage Theater operations has required Stargazer Productions to excel at customer relations and technical equipment. The array of event types, technical demands, and logistical components that Stargazer Productions has been tasked to oversee has been extensive and the company has successfully navigated all said factors producing quality activities for the Fontana community for over five years.
Particularly noteworthy, has been Stargazer Productions' desire and commitment to positively impact our local community through their business. The company has worked with the City to host neighborhood events, donated services and resources at programs unrelated to Center Stage Theater operations, participated as a community organizer, and has developed targeted outreach campaigns for Fontana residents. These endeavors by Stargazer Productions have taken their business relationship with the City to a level of partnership on arts projects which have benefited the Fontana community.

I’m writing to let you know how pleased we were with your services! The band and DJ did an amazing job. I’ve been hearing so many wonderful comments about them. I was so happy to see that our employees were dancing the entire night. This is especially notable since we are an engineering company and, well, most aren’t that social. Todd & Jennifer, this was worth waiting for! We saw the show Saturday night with a table of friends...and the show...magnificent!!! The cast was superb and exceedingly professional. We all agreed that this was one of the best shows ever!
