Philosophy and Approach
Stargazer Productions is unique in that it is not just an event management consulting firm. We actually have staff members in most areas of event planning and production. Our staff includes certified meeting planners, part time graphic designers, floral designers, audio visual technicians (some of whom are licensed electricians), musicians, choreographers, variety entertainers, wait staff and more. We have over 50 direct employees.
We look at each event from all possible angles, from the client’s initial vision and goal to the ultimate guest experience. Our approach is unique in that we view everything from an entertainment perspective. From logistics and infrastructure to the final guest experience, our mission is that “the show must go on,” and it must go on professionally and safely without cutting corners. All of this is accomplished while maintaining strict cost controls and adhering to budget guidelines.
Stargazer Productions works closing with waste disposal and utility companies to ensure that “green practices” are utilized whenever possible. Whether it be recycling containers for trash collection or energy-efficient clean air generators, our strategic partners in these areas are ready to support the needs of the environment.
Our event management approach has always been to first, listen to the client’s vision, second, evaluate and guide that vision, and finally make the vision a reality within the budget guidelines given. Additionally, Stargazer Productions prides itself on our ability to give honest realistic feedback on project development. Our depth of experience gives us the know-how to provide alternate solutions that will fit the budget and reach the desired goal if the client’s initial wishes are out of line with budget parameters.
From a parking lot, historical building, or a field in the middle of the Great Park, Stargazer Productions is able to create the infrastructure required to manage an event. These services include portable restroom facilities, power generators, decking, foot paths, signage, tenting, food and beverage services and parking management. Our strategic partners in these areas are truly experts in their respective fields.
Safety is always of the utmost concern when planning an event. The Stargazer team can assist in the coordination of all necessary emergency plans. From permits to emergency medical personnel, evacuation plans, weather contingencies and more, our staff partners with yours to ensure that all safety requirements are met. We are familiar with OSHA requirements as well as other health and safety codes.
